About Us: Kynex Media is a leading provider of web design solutions, dedicated to delivering high-quality services to our clients. We are expanding our team and are on the lookout for motivated appointment setters who are eager to drive sales and earn competitive commissions.
Role Overview: As a Web Design Appointment Setter at Kynex Media, your primary responsibility will be to set appointments with potential clients for our sales team. You will engage in cold calling and outreach to generate high-quality leads for our web design services, contributing directly to our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients across the USA to schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Engage potential clients with a compelling pitch about our web design services.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and manage the appointment setting process from initial contact to final scheduling.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to closing sales.
Compensation:
- Commission: 8% per closed deal
- Earning Potential: $300 - $1,125 per sale Upfront
- Bonus: 6% residual income per account on recurring sales (average residual commission: $18 - $280 per account per month)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic office tools.
